Residential Facilities Maintenance Technician

Step into a day where no two jobs are the same

You start the morning reviewing your work orders, load up your own tools, and head out in your personal vehicle. First stop: replace a lockset and adjust a door. Next, troubleshoot an A/C that’s not cooling, repair a leaky faucet, patch some drywall, and lay a few planks of flooring to finish a unit turn. You keep properties in top shape—both vacant and occupied—without needing someone to look over your shoulder.
