Mad City Windows & Baths is part of the Renuity family—one of America’s most trusted home renovation networks. We’re modernizing how homeowners experience remodeling: faster, simpler, and centered on exceptional service.

A day in this role

You arrive prepared, review the work order, and lead the crew to a homeowner’s property. You set the tone for quality, install replacement windows to exact standards, apply clean finish work, and ensure every detail is right—from trim to wrap. At the end of the job, you walk the homeowner through the carpentry checklist, confirm their satisfaction, and coordinate with management to authorize final payment. Then it’s on to the next project—most nights home for dinner.
