Residential Flooring Sales / Project Manager – Dallas, TX

We are a family-owned and operated flooring company focused on helping homeowners bring their vision to life. We’re looking for a Residential Flooring Sales / Project Manager who can build relationships, close business, and manage projects from the initial sale through installation and completion.

A quick summary of the job:

• Meet with homeowners and assist with flooring selection
• Sell residential flooring products and services
• Measure spaces and prepare estimates/quotes
• Manage projects from sale through installation
• Coordinate with installers, vendors, and customers
• Handle project updates, changes, and closeout
• Build relationships and generate repeat/referral business

We want you to join our team if you have:

• 2+ years of residential flooring, remodeling, construction, or home improvement experience
• Strong sales and customer-facing experience
• Proven ability to build relationships and close business
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Comfortable with measurements, estimates, and pricing
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stay on top of details
• Self-motivated and able to take ownership
