WANTED: GLAZIERS WHO TAKE PRIDE IN THE CUT
Capistrano Valley Glass & Mirror — Family-Owned Since 1979 — San Juan Capistrano, CA
HIRING NOW — IMMEDIATE START
For over 45 years, the same family has run Capistrano Valley Glass & Mirror out of San Juan Capistrano — and we're looking for skilled Glaziers who want to do the finest work of their careers, in one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in the country.
THE WORK SPEAKS FOR ITSELF
Our crew's glass is in the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel and the Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach, plus some of South Orange County's finest homes.
TOP-DOLLAR PAY + MEDICAL
Non-union shop — pay is commensurate with skill and experience. The more of our requirements you meet, the higher up that scale you start. Multiple positions open.
LOCATION MATTERS
Job sites from San Clemente to Newport Beach — beaches and views most people only dream of working near.
STILL FAMILY-RUN
Not a franchise, not a private equity roll-up. Since 1979, it's been our family's name on the door — and we treat our crew like family too.
BACKED BY STABLE MANAGEMENT
We're owned by the same family that owns Diamon-Fusion International, the protective glass coating used by the country's largest glass fabricators and shower door manufacturers — including Kohler.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Proven residential glazing experience — heavy shower doors, custom glass railings, and custom mirror work
Strong knowledge of glass installation techniques and materials
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
Proficient with hand tools and power tools relevant to glazing work
Skilled at caulking to seal joints and prevent air or water leaks
Familiarity with trim carpentry a plus
Excellent attention to detail and a focus on quality craftsmanship
Good physical condition, with the ability to lift heavy materials as needed
A valid driver's license
Pride in doing it right the first time
THE POSITION IS OPEN NOW — READY TO WORK ON GLASS THAT MATTERS
