We’re looking for a Residential HVAC Installer with at least 1 year of HVAC experience who is ready to sharpen their skills, work alongside an experienced team, and build a long-term career in the trades.

Responsibilities: 

• Assist with and complete installations of residential heating and cooling equipment
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, coils, thermostats, and related HVAC equipment
• Work alongside experienced HVAC professionals to ensure installations are completed safely and correctly
• Remove and properly dispose of existing HVAC equipment
• Assist with start-ups, testing, and final system checks
• Maintain clean and organized job sites while respecting customers’ homes
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Follow manufacturer specifications, local codes, safety requirements, and company installation standards
• Continue developing your technical skills through hands-on experience and company training

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of HVAC experience required
• Residential HVAC installation experience strongly preferred
• Basic understanding of residential heating and cooling systems
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to continue learning the trade
• EPA Certification preferred
• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
• Professional and respectful communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and outdoor environments
