Daily Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Replacement of residential HVAC systems
• Collaborating with team members to complete jobs efficiently
• Charging HVAC systems during startup
• Checking gas pressure during startup
• Wiring of low voltage for AC units and furnaces
• Additional duties as required

Essential Job Functions:

• Consistent, reliable daily attendance
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds regularly
• Comfortable with climbing ladders and working at heights
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow)

• Positive, proactive attitude
• Strong teamwork and collaboration with other trades and coworkers
• Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
• Personal ambition to grow within the HVAC field and company

Position Details:

• Schedule: Full Time, Monday – Friday
• Compensation: Hourly ($24.00 - $28.00+ based on experience)
