We're currently looking to add a Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician to our growing team!

Job Summary

As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards. Our goal is to deliver a high‑quality customer experience while ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently.

Pay

$20.00 – $28.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Requirements

• 1+ year of HVAC experience (preferred, not required)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
• Ability to obtain EPA certification within 3 months of entering Maintenance Technician Level 1
• Strong customer service mindset
• Excellent verbal and phone communication skills
• Professional, energetic, and positive attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Organized and able to work independently
