Pay: $120,000 - $220,000 potential annual earnings

Base + Commission - Uncapped earning potential

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, with some weekend appointments as needed
• Work hours may vary depending on customer availability, scheduled presentations, and seasonal demand

Your Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in their residences to understand their heating and cooling needs
• Provide professional recommendations for HVAC systems based on each customer's specific situation
• Educate homeowners on HVAC equipment, options, and indoor air quality solutions
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and fellow team members
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up throughout the sales and installation process
• Participate in hands-on training covering our sales process, products, and equipment
• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Manage your sales pipeline and stay organized throughout the entire customer journey

Qualifications:

• Confidence and professionalism when working directly with homeowners in their homes
• At least 2 years of consultative sales experience
• Previous in-home sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb a 12-foot ladder, and work in confined areas such as attics
• Excellent time management, organization, and presentation abilities
• Experience managing and maintaining a sales pipeline
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills
• HVAC or related industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
