Residential HVAC Installer

TradeWorX is hiring experienced Residential HVAC Installers for full-time opportunities in the Cleveland, Ohio area. We are looking for technicians who can complete residential equipment replacements and installations safely, efficiently, and with limited supervision. Candidates with service, troubleshooting, or commercial HVAC experience are also encouraged to apply.

Pay & Overtime:
$25.00-$36.00 per hour based on installation experience, ability to work independently, certifications, and technical skill level. Overtime may be available based on workload.

Schedule:
Full-time schedule. Exact daily hours and overtime expectations will be reviewed during the interview process.

Job Duties:

• Install and replace residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, coils, and related HVAC equipment
• Complete refrigerant piping, condensate, thermostat, and control connections
• Perform evacuation, charging, startup, and system testing as qualified
• Verify proper airflow, temperature performance, and equipment operation
• Complete equipment change-outs safely and according to job requirements
• Support service or commercial HVAC work when needed and within experience level

Requirements:

• Previous residential HVAC installation or equipment replacement experience
• Ability to perform HVAC installations with limited supervision
• Familiarity with refrigerant piping, electrical connections, controls, and system startup
• Experience using standard HVAC installation tools and equipment
• Reliable transportation and ability to work throughout the Cleveland area
• EPA 608 certification preferred

• Experienced residential change-out or lead installer
• Able to complete installations from equipment removal through startup
• Strong workmanship and attention to detail
• Comfortable troubleshooting installation-related issues
• Reliable, safety-focused, and productive in the field
