Residential HVAC Service Technician

What you'll do
Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems, present repair and replacement options professionally, and deliver clean, high-quality work. Educate homeowners and help them make confident decisions.
What we're looking for
Experienced residential HVAC service technicians who can run their own calls. Strong diagnostics and homeowner communication. A valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record. Ability to pass a background check.
Compensation
$65,000 to $150,000 per year depending on experience and performance, plus sign-on and retention bonuses.
