We are looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who is willing to work weekends and wants to take advantage of a highly competitive spiff and commission program. This position also offers the potential for a 4-day workweek.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of HVAC systems, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components.
• Identify system issues and provide effective repair solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate repair recommendations clearly to homeowners.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of residential HVAC service experience, including diagnostics and repairs.
• Willingness and availability to work weekends.
• EPA certification for refrigerant handling preferred.
• Willingness to continue education and training in the HVAC field.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
