Residential Insulation Installer

TradeWorX is hiring Residential Insulation Installers for projects in the Kent, Ohio area. We are seeking dependable individuals with experience installing and repairing residential insulation who are committed to quality workmanship and jobsite safety. This is a first-shift opportunity with immediate openings.

Job Duties:

• Measure, cut, and install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and around pipes and ductwork.
• Apply insulation using hand tools, power tools, blowers, and spray foam equipment.
• Inspect existing insulation for damage, moisture, and air leaks, and perform repairs or replacements as needed.
• Perform air sealing using caulk, foam, and other approved sealants.
• Follow all safety procedures while working in attics, crawl spaces, elevated areas, and confined spaces.

Requirements:

• Previous residential insulation installation experience preferred.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, insulation blowers, and spray foam equipment.
• Comfortable working in tight spaces, attics, and elevated work areas.
• Ability to lift materials and perform physically demanding work.
• Commitment to safety and proper PPE usage.
