What You’ll Do

• Install, service, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial customers.
• Diagnose performance issues and troubleshoot components to restore optimal operation.
• Complete routine inspections and preventive maintenance to extend equipment life.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers in a clear, professional manner.
• Record all service calls, repairs, and installations with accuracy and detail.
• Keep current on industry developments, new technologies, and safety standards.
• Partner with teammates to streamline workflows and deliver reliable, on-time service.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical HVAC certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience as an HVAC technician or in a closely related role.
• EPA Certification (required).
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safe work practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills and keen attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
