Residential Plumber Compensation & Benefits

• $80,000-175,000 annual earnings on a performance-based compensation plan

Residential Plumber Responsibilities

• Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies

• Install, repair, and maintain residential structures' pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures.

• Ensure all paperwork needed for each job is accurately filled out - keeping accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used

• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems

• Provide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete tasks on time

• Build and maintain professional and collaborative relationships with both leadership and peers

• Carry out readings on machines with a full understanding of the implications of such readings

• Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other team members

Residential Plumber Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumber experience

• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

Residential Plumber Requirements

• 1+ years of residential plumbing experience

• Willingness to undergo a background check

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to regularly lift 100 lbs. throughout the course of the workday

Schedule: M-F, every other Saturday. 7 AM - 5 PM.  Rotating on-call shifts.
