Bay-CSS is seeking a compassionate, organized, and dynamic Residential Program Manager to lead residential services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing program operations, supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive, person-centered environment that supports residents in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of residential homes and support programs.
- Supervise, coach, and develop Direct Support Professionals and other program staff.
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with individual support plans and organizational policies.
- Maintain compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and quality standards.
- Monitor program performance and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Coordinate care and communication with families, healthcare providers, case managers, and community partners.
- Manage staffing schedules, training, documentation, and incident reporting.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and quality assurance activities.
- Provide on-call support as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in human services, residential services, or healthcare management.
- Previous supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of residential care regulations and person-centered planning practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening.
