Job Description

Lead project planning, execution, and closeout for custom residential construction projects. Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost tracking, financial reporting, and overall project profitability. Coordinate and maintain project schedules, procurement activities, material deliveries, and project sequencing. Manage subcontractor procurement, bid reviews, scope analysis, contract administration, and buyout processes. Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and contracts. Coordinate with homeowners, architects, designers, field teams, superintendents, and subcontractors throughout the project life cycle. Manage RFIs, submittals, project documentation, design selections, and drawing revisions. Communicate project decisions and evaluate their cost and schedule impacts. Monitor project risks and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery. Maintain exceptional client service and stakeholder communication throughout all phases of construction.

The Successful Applicant

10-15 years of construction project management experience. Proven experience managing construction budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client expectations. Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, scopes, contracts, and project controls. Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver complex construction projects from preconstruction through completion. High-end custom residential construction experience, including luxury finishes, complex detailing, and direct homeowner coordination. Experience leading projects in the multi-million-dollar residential market. Proficiency with Viewpoint construction management software.
