Residential Roofing Production Manager
We are looking for an experienced Residential Roofing Production Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for production, leadership qualities, and be an immediate member of the management team.
Qualifications/Skills
- 3+ years in residential roofing at the supervisory/management level
- Computer literate (CRM, Outlooks, Excel etc.)
- Ability to communicate, both written and verbal, with property owners, crews, and co-workers
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings, take offs, and other specifications.
- Ability to train employees and subcontractors as needed
- Driver’s license and clean driving record
Compensation
- Base salary based on experience
- Performance bonuses based on production and profitability
