Here's what we need from you:3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment2+ years of leadership or supervisory experienceExperience leading teams, delegating work, coaching employees, and managing performanceCollege diploma or equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety requirements and safe work practicesAbility to obtain or maintain First Aid, Lift Truck, Overhead Crane, and Fall Arrest certificationsKnowledge of Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) regulationsAbility to work in a fast-paced industrial environment with exposure to heat, humidity, machinery, and production materialsAbility to lift up to 30 lbs. and safely perform physical job duties while wearing required PPEPreferred qualifications include existing First Aid, Lift Truck, Overhead Crane, and Fall Arrest certifications, knowledge of TDG regulations, experience with continuous improvement initiatives, and experience collaborating with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
