Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical has been serving the Gulf Coast for over 50 years. We're looking for customer-focused, sales-driven professionals from blue-collar backgrounds who enjoy helping homeowners, explaining options, and getting paid for performance.
If you've worked in home services, trades, route sales, service work, or in-home advising, this role is built for you.
This is not a construction-only electrician job.
This is a service + sales role where:
You meet customers who already called us
You diagnose basic electrical issues
You present solutions and upgrades
You earn more by delivering great service
Strong sales skills matter more than advanced electrical experience. We provide training to help you grow technically and financially.
Run service calls in residential homes (no cold calling)
Build trust and deliver a Five Star customer experience
Diagnose common electrical issues (outlets, lighting, panels, wiring, etc.)
Clearly explain repair and replacement options
Recommend upgrades that improve safety, comfort, and efficiency
Perform electrical repairs and installations as needed
Follow electrical codes, safety standards, and company processes
Complete service documentation and collect payment
Maintain your truck, tools, and inventory
Sales-minded professionals with a blue-collar background
Comfortable talking with homeowners and asking for the sale
Experience in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, or home services preferred
1+ year of electrical or related trade experience is a plus
Willing to learn and grow through paid training
Valid, insurable driver's license
Able to work some evenings, weekends, and overtime
You do NOT need to be a master electrician to succeed here.

At least 3 years of U.S. driving experience
No major violations in the last 3 years (DUI, reckless driving, suspension)
