This role is ideal for a true residential service technician who can diagnose problems, clearly communicate options, and confidently earn customer approval for the right solutions. It's particularly well suited to someone coming from a larger residential service company where you've already developed strong service, sales, and process skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Run residential service calls, including water heaters, drain issues, fixtures, toilets, leaks, and other common residential plumbing needs
• Diagnose issues quickly and accurately and present solutions that fit the home and the customer's needs
• Produce clean, professional work and leave the home better than you found it
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and the office, set expectations, explain pricing, and confidently close work
• Document work and close out jobs accurately in our field software, ServiceTitan

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience -- not maintenance-only
• Valid driver's license with a reasonably clean driving record
• Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen upon a conditional job offer
• Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-facing mindset
• Comfortable presenting solutions and confidently asking for the work without using high-pressure sales tactics
• Experience with larger residential service companies is preferred
