Residential Solar Installer

About the Role:
Solar Pros AZ is looking for a motivated Residential Solar Installer / Solar Laborer to join our growing team in Tucson, AZ! This is your chance to be part of the clean energy revolution, helping homeowners make the switch to solar while building a rewarding career in a booming industry.



Responsibilities:

• Install residential solar panel systems, including roof mounting, racking, and module placement
• Run conduit, pull wire, and assist with electrical connections under the supervision of lead installers
• Safely operate hand and power tools on residential job sites
• Work on various roof types including tile, shingle, and flat roofs
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work site
• Assist with loading, unloading, and staging solar equipment and materials
• Communicate effectively with crew leads and team members throughout the installation process

Requirements:

• Prior experience in solar installation, roofing, construction, or a related trade preferred
• Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops in outdoor Arizona weather conditions
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and job site safety
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the workday
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude
• OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain is a plus
