Residential Superintendent

• Coordinate daily residential construction activities to keep work aligned with project schedules.
• Monitor job site progress and address day-to-day issues that affect planned work.
• Review completed work against project plans and identify items that need attention.
• Coordinate contractors and site personnel to maintain clear sequencing of work.
• Track materials needed for scheduled construction activities and communicate site needs.
• Maintain organized job site records, including daily progress updates and project information.
• Conduct regular site walks to confirm work areas are ready for upcoming activities.
• Communicate project status, priorities, and field updates with the construction team.

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in multifamily, residential, or commercial construction.
• Experience managing ground-up projects from start to finish.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
