Make a Difference While Leading a Team!
North Community Counseling Centers (NCCC) is looking for a dependable, organized, and positive leader to join our Residential Services team!
Our residential homes provide a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for adults with mental health and behavioral health diagnoses. Our residents are mostly independent and do not require hands-on personal care, such as bathing, dressing, or toileting assistance.
As a Residential Support Staff Program Coordinator, you'll help oversee daily operations, support and supervise residential staff, and ensure our homes remain safe, organized, and welcoming. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys problem-solving, supporting others, and making a meaningful difference.
