Who we are looking for…

Passionate about supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs Able to work a mix of shifts including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins A team player who can bring energy, empathy, and resilience Holds a Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle NVQ Level 3 or above in Residential Childcare
