You'll provide 24-hour support assisting with grooming, meals, appointments, and daily routines; while creating a clean, caring, and stable environment. This is a great opportunity for those passionate about hands-on care and helping others thrive.

Available Shifts:

• Lead Shift: Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00AM - 4:00PM

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, healthy living environment for the residents general living area, and to assist with residents as appropriate in maintaining a clean bedroom area, to include the proper storage of their personal items.
• Provide oversight, prompting or hand on care as appropriate with personal task such as laundering clothes.
• Provide training and assistance in the monitoring of health, nutrition and physical condition.
• Continuously implement all program goals relating to the individual's plan of care.
• Report observations to management and/or clinical staff.
• Coordinate transportation for community events and for those who are not able to navigate the public transportation system.
• Monitor and document consumers behavior for issues that might lead to a medical and/or psychiatric crisis or emergency.
• Monitors the consumers health and safety daily
