Trash Gremlin Disposal is looking for a reliable and hardworking Residential Trash Pick-Up Driver to join our growing team in Lakehills, TX! Responsibilities:

• Operate a residential waste collection vehicle along assigned routes in the Lakehills, TX area
• Collect and load household trash, recycling, and waste bins in a safe and efficient manner
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety protocols while operating collection vehicles
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues
• Maintain a clean and organized truck cab and work area throughout each shift
• Communicate with dispatch regarding route progress, delays, or service issues
• Provide courteous, professional service to residential customers on your route

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred or willingness to obtain one
• Previous experience operating large or commercial vehicles is a plus
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, loading, and working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong sense of punctuality and reliability — early morning start times required
• Knowledge of or ability to learn local Lakehills, TX residential routes
• Clean driving record with no major violations
• Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
