The USC Caruso Department of Otolaryngology is seeking a Part-Time Resource Employee (Research Assistant) to join Dr. Janet Choi Laboratory. Working directly under the supervision of the Principal Investigator, Dr. Janet Choi, the Resource Employee (Research Assistant) will support clinical and community-based research projects focused on hearing loss, healthy aging, hearing healthcare access, and related outcomes among older adults. The Resource Employee (Research Assistant) will assist with participant recruitment, data collection, study coordination, and research administration across both USC and community research sites.
The successful candidate will be motivated, proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented. The position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and strong attention to detail. Candidates should have experience interacting with research participants, maintaining accurate research records, and working in clinical, community, or academic research settings.

This position is hybrid on-site and employee must report to work at the USC Health Science Campus in Los Angeles, CA when scheduled. Work hours and on-site days may be subject to change depending on business needs.
The hourly rate range for this position is $20.00 - $21.61.
