Resource Teacher

MSD of Lawrence Township is seeking a collaborative and student-centered Resource Teacher to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting students with diverse learning needs while partnering with educators and families to promote academic growth and student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction to students with individualized learning needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to deliver appropriate accommodations and instructional supports.
• Monitor student progress using data to inform instructional decisions.
• Partner with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success.
