Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Pay Rate: $90.00 $95.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Marlborough 5:45 PM 6:15 AM; Med Center 6:45 PM 7:15 AM; Night (3 12 Hours); Schedule: EOW/EOH
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This is a float position. The candidate will be required to float to other campuses, as needed. Locations can include Marlborough, University, and Memorial all are within 20 minutes of one another. Memorial campus is the only campus with a NICU, but there is still an expectation to float to all campuses.

Education Requirements

• MA state RRT license required must be in hand
• RT License required

Required Experience

• 2 years of RRT experience required
• Must have documented Critical Care experience
• Must have Level I facility experience

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Prior NICU experience preferred

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Float position requiring travel between multiple campuses (Marlborough, University, and Memorial)
• All campuses are within 20 minutes of one another
• Memorial campus is the only campus with a NICU; floating to all campuses is expected
• Flu vaccination required Medical/Religious exemptions and declinations allowed
• COVID-19 vaccination: Not required
• Schedule includes every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH)
