• Pay Rate: $69.33 $73.33 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Night (3 12 Hours) University: 7:00 7:30; Nashoba, Marlborough, and Memorial: 6:45 7:15
• Float Requirements: Will float between 4 campuses; primary shift is expected to be at Nashoba at least 2 shifts/week
• Weekend Requirement: EOW/EOH
• Travel Requirements: Accepts first-time travelers if they have the required experience
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This is a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) position within a freestanding ER setting, where the candidate will primarily work independently as an RRT at the Nashoba campus. The role may require floating to one of three other campuses with advanced notice. The distance between Nashoba and University/Memorial campuses is approximately 45 minutes, with Marlborough located in between.

Please note: This position is only accepting start dates for the posted start time. Earlier start dates will not be considered. All requirements posted below are firm for this position. Prior to submitting, candidates must answer the following questions: 1. Do you have experience caring for pediatric trachs? If so, where? 2. Do you have prior Level I experience? If so, where? 3. Do you have prior adult critical care and pediatric experience?

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services in a freestanding ER environment, working primarily independently as an RRT at the Nashoba campus
• Float between up to 4 campuses (Nashoba, Marlborough, University, and Memorial) as needed, with advanced notice
• Maintain a minimum of 2 shifts per week at the primary Nashoba campus
• Utilize Epic for clinical charting

Education Requirements

• MA RRT License required (substitutions will be allowed as long as it is applied for within 24 hours of offer)
• ACLS required
• BLS required
• PALS required
• NRP preferred

Required Experience

• 2 3 years of experience required
• Must have Adult Critical Care experience
• Must have Pediatric experience
• Must have experience with pediatric trachs
• Level I experience required

Required Skills

• Ability to work independently in a freestanding ER setting
• Ability to float between multiple campuses
• Proficiency with Epic charting system

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Multi-campus float position across Nashoba (Groton, MA), Marlborough, University (Worcester, MA), and Memorial (Worcester, MA) campuses
• Night shift schedule (3 12 hours)
• Weekend and holiday rotation required (EOW/EOH)
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed)
• COVID-19 vaccination: not required
