Job Description: Respiratory TherapistLocation: Brooklyn Park, MN, 55445Job Summary:Reliable Medical is hiring a caring and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will help people with breathing problems feel better and live healthier lives. Essential Functions:- Set up and check home breathing tools like ventilators, oxygen, and PAP machines—both in person and online.
- Visit patients or call them to explain how to use and clean their equipment.
- Work with the Head of Respiratory Care, other therapists, and staff to give great care.
- Talk clearly with patients, families, doctors, and others.
- Be on call some nights and weekends.
- Use tools like Brightree, Microsoft Office, Teams, and online systems.
- Maintain required continuing education credits as mandated by the state and the National Board for Respiratory Care.
Requirements:- Registered or Certified Respiratory Therapist, licensed in Minnesota.
- At least 1 year of experience with ventilators in a hospital or home setting.
- Good with computers and able to talk clearly with others.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Kind, friendly, and ready to speak up for your patients.
