Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our NICU/PICU team. The position involves providing treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory diseases in a fast-paced environment, utilizing advanced technologies and medication delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and evaluate patient responses.
• Utilize advanced respiratory care equipment such as High Flow Devices, Servo s, and Nitric Oxide.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide coverage for adult floors as needed for nebulizer therapy, BIPAP, and CPT.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of current acute care hospital experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Current NICU/PICU experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with Meditech documentation system is a plus.
