Evaluates respiratory practice, administration of medications, and treatment based on patient outcome." Educates the patient and family about the health condition and provides information about communitysupport groups and other available programs." American Heart Association or client accepted." Respiratory Care Practitioner credentialed from the Indiana Respiratory Care Committee." Respiratory Therapist specializing in Registered credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).Preferred Credential(s):" Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or client accepted." Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP)." Pediatric Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or client accepted.Education:" High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
