We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and professional Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide part-time respite care for a client in the 43228 area of Columbus, Ohio.


This is a great opportunity for an experienced caregiver looking for a consistent part-time schedule while making a meaningful difference in the life of a client and their family.


Schedule


Monday, Tuesday & Friday
9:00 AM – 12:30 PM

• 3.5-hour shifts
• 10.5 hours per week
• Consistent weekly schedule

Responsibilities


The Home Health Aide will provide compassionate respite support and help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for the client.


Responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and supportive care.
• Assisting with activities of daily living as needed.
• Helping with personal-care needs as assigned.
• Providing supervision and respite support.
• Following the client's care plan and instructions.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Communicating professionally with the client, family, and care team.
• Treating the client with dignity, patience, and respect.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in home care, home health, or a related field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening.
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to caregiving.
