Responsibilities: As an Assistant Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn and lead in various departments within our restaurant:

1. Kitchen Department:

   • Execute inventory management, ensuring optimal food cost and profitability
   • Maintain quality assurance standards

   • Oversee local store merchandising

3. Technology Department:

   • Keep all equipment in working order

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the fast-food industry
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
