Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a professional Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, preparing quality beverages, and maintaining operational standards in a fast-paced resort environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and service standards.
Provide attentive guest service while promoting beverage offerings and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Maintain bar inventory, stock levels, and par lists.
Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and compliant with all company standards.
Follow all TABC regulations, food safety requirements, and workplace safety guidelines.
Collaborate with restaurant leadership and team members to support efficient service operations.
Assist with banquet events, special functions, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) as needed.
Qualifications
Valid TABC Certification and Food Handler Certification required.
