Restaurant Busser

A Restaurant Busser supports the dining staff by keeping tables clean, organized, and ready for guests. Bussers help maintain a smooth dining experience by clearing dishes, resetting tables, assisting servers, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables after guests leave
  
• Reset tables with clean silverware, dishes, and napkins
  
• Assist servers with food delivery and guest needs
  
• Refill water, beverages, bread, or condiments as needed
  
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in dining areas
  
• Stock service stations with supplies
  
• Help maintain sanitation and safety standards
  
• Sweep and mop floors when necessary
  
• Support kitchen and front-of-house staff during busy periods
