Directors serve as leaders responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational success.This is a rare chance to help build and be a part of a leadership team from day one, shaping the systems and culture from the ground up rather than stepping into something already set. A Director is also responsible for implementing and abiding by the Chick-fil-A culture, goals and brand vision. Directors lead by example and set the tone that others will follow. At Chick-fil-A Heath, we believe working with us is more than just a job; it’s a chance to grow and develop in a people-focused atmosphere.

We are currentlyhiring for the following Directors:

Hospitality (Front of House); Kitchen Operations (Back of House); Talent & HR Director; Marketing & Brand Growth. 

These roles will begin on/around Monday, November 23, 2026.

Responsibilities

•  Cultivate a restaurant culture focused on growth and hospitality

•  Maintain and enhance the guest experience

•  Manage, develop, and oversee a team of team members and leaders

•  Assist with staff scheduling and oversee service speed, quality, and accuracy

•  Maximize processes to increase efficiency

•  Enforce company policies and hold staff accountable

•  Participate in weekly director meetings

•  Lead weekly meetings with restaurant leaders

• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone and act as a role model for our team

• Be a friendly, encouraging team player

• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Requirements / Qualifications

•  Flexible schedule availability

•  Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs on a regular basis

•  Ability to stand for extended periods

•  40-45 hours per week position

•  Problem-solving leadership, goal-orientation, multitasking ability, and results-focused approach

$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
