Restaurant Food Runner/Busser

The soon-to-open Good & Proper Wood Fired Bistro located in the new AC Hotel McKinney is now accepting resumes for the position of food runner / busser. 

Busser responsibilities include serving plates, glasses and silverware, refilling beverages and cleaning tables. Ultimately, you will ensure our daily operations run smoothly, and our guests have a pleasant dining experience.

• Work with restaurant staff to create a positive dining experience for guests.
• Greet customers and answer questions.
• Alert servers when tables are in need of attention.
• Clean tables and remove dishes after the party leaves.
• Carry loads of soiled dishes to the dishwasher to be cleaned.
