Restaurant General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Provide awesome guest experiences

• Maintain Proper staffing to ensure they can properly take care of the guest
• Ensure training is executed to standard so that all Team Members are knowledgeable on how to do their job (effectively prepare the food, and provide excellent service), so that we create great guest experiences
• Make sure that supplies and tools are in place to ensure everyone can do their job
• Motivate managers and Team Members to want to provide awesome experiences to the guest

Take care of the Team Members

• Make sure the management team leads in a way that shows respect for Team Members
• Ensure there is a culture of openness and responsiveness toward the Team Members

Protect the assets of the company

• Maintain the facilities in a clean and organized manner
• Ensure that all equipment is cared for in a way that maximizes their lifespan
• Make sure that all preventative maintenance programs are being performed on a routine basis

Deliver financial returns

• Through proper forecasting and spending controls, execute the business in a way that exceeds budgetary expectations

Legal and regulatory compliance

• Make sure that all permits, licenses, inspections, and certifications are always up to date and compliant
• Coach and direct all managers and Team Members to behave in manners that are compliant with our Code of Conduct, local health regulations, and workplace labor statutes
