Requirements for the General Manager:

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service or casual dining restaurant.
• Must be able to train for 8 weeks in Dallas.
• True Hospitality spirit - engaging, guest focused, outgoing.
• Strong with P&L knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of FOH and BOH.
• Ensure cost centers are managed.
• Hiring, training, scheduling and coaching of team members.
• P&L management
• Food quality and checks.
