What You'll Do

As General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of your restaurant by:

  • Recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent
  • Leading and coaching Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members
  • Driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence
  • Managing labor, inventory, and controllable costs
  • Creating a positive, engaging work environment
  • Ensuring outstanding guest service and hospitality
  • Maintaining compliance with company, safety, and food service standards
  • Executing local marketing and community engagement initiatives
What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Experience managing budgets, labor, scheduling, and P&L performance
  • Current ServSafe Certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • High energy, strong sense of urgency, and commitment to results
Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Reliable transportation and communication

Compensation: $45,000-$65,000 Salary Range
