Key Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for restaurant profitability and manage the P&L to achieve financial goals
• Drive sales through proactive guest service, people development, and efficient operations
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service in a clean and welcoming facility
• Manage guest experience by promptly addressing feedback and engaging with the local community through marketing initiatives
• Recruit, onboard, and retain an enthusiastic and effective restaurant team
• Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to enhance team performance and capabilities
• Ensure compliance with all government regulations, employment laws, and Burger King policies
• Maintain operational and brand standards, stepping in as needed to support Assistant and Shift Managers

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED; college education preferred
• 2+ years of restaurant management experience with strong leadership abilities
• Solid understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of guest service principles
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed
• Motivated to inspire and lead a dynamic team in a high-energy setting
