Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily activities, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, analyze P&L statements, and implement cost-control measures.
• Customer Experience: Maintain a standard of excellence in service and resolve escalated issues with professionalism.

What You Bring

• Proven Experience: 3+ years in a management or leadership role (industry experience preferred).
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and operational KPIs.
