You will help make sure guests have a good experience and solve any problems that come up. You will work closely with your team, showing them how to give great service and keeping the dining area clean and welcoming. You will help team members learn new things, give feedback, and help them do their best work. You will also help with opening and closing the restaurant, handling money, and making sure food is safe and prepared correctly. You will work with the managers to keep everything running smoothly and help everyone feel part of the team.WHAT WE NEED FROM YOUAt least 18 years old1+ years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or food serviceExperience with opening and closing proceduresAbility to lead staff and supervise teams as well as coach and develop team membersAbility to obtain Food Handler Certification within 30 daysAbility to stand or walk for 6-8 hours, lift 30 lbs, and work safely in a kitchenKnowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and guest service standardsAbility to lead in a fast-paced environmentAbility to communicate clearly and resolve conflictsYOUR HOURSYour shifts will change from week to week, but they will always be within our business hours.
