We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and experienced Restaurant Maintenance Technician to join our team!
Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken is locally owned and operated, and we are seeking a reliable individual to maintain and service all three of our Muskegon restaurant locations: Sherman, Apple, and Causeway.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs.
- Troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen equipment, including fryers, refrigeration units, and other restaurant equipment.
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
- Maintain restaurant facilities, both inside and outside.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Respond promptly to maintenance issues to minimize restaurant downtime.
- Coordinate with outside contractors when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience preferred.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Experience with commercial kitchen equipment is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently.
- Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel between all three locations.
Position Details:
- Hours: 30+ hours per week
- Location: All three Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken locations in Muskegon
- Pay: Competitive, based on experience
