What You’ll Do
- Lead daily cafe operations, delivering quality food and friendly, efficient service.
- Hire, train, coach, and develop your team, creating an environment where people feel supported and motivated to succeed.
- Manage sales, labor, food costs, and other operating goals.
- Create a clean, safe, and welcoming cafe for our guests and team members.
- Build relationships with guests and your team to create memorable experiences.
What You’ll Bring
- 1+ year of Restaurant Manager experience
- High-volume, fast-casual or full-service restaurant experience preferred.
- A people-first approach and a passion for food, hospitality, and developing others.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Flexibility to commute up to 25 - 30 miles each way to your assigned cafe.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for travel between cafe locations as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
