Chick-fil-A Howland is looking for an experienced, values-driven leader to own our evening operations. As our Evening Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead both Front of House and Back of House from afternoon through close, making sure every guest gets a great experience and every team member is set up to succeed.

This is a role for someone who has already proven themselves as a leader, someone who takes ownership of results, develops people intentionally, and wants to build something lasting.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all evening operations across Front of House, Back of House, drive-thru, and catering
• Own shift results: speed of service, food quality, hospitality, cleanliness, and food safety
• Coach, train, and develop team members and shift leaders, building the next generation of leaders
• Hold the team to high standards with consistency and care
• Manage labor, food cost, and inventory during your shifts
• Solve problems in real time and communicate clearly with the Operator and leadership team
• Model the hospitality and servant-leadership culture Chick-fil-A is known for

What We’re Looking For

• Several years of restaurant or hospitality management experience with a proven track record of leading teams
• Strength in Front of House or Back of House, with the ability to oversee both
• A strong ownership mindset: you treat the restaurant like it’s your own
• A passion for developing people, not just managing shifts
• Values that align with ours: integrity, humility, and a genuine heart for serving others
• Steady, mature leadership under pressure
• Availability for evenings is required; full open availability is preferred

Pay & Schedule

• $65,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience
• Approximately 45 hours per week
• Evening-only availability: paid hourly
• Full open availability: salaried position
• Sundays off, always
