Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience; chain restaurant experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of daily restaurant operations, staff management, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, execution, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and applicable U.S. restaurant labor regulations.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to complete required payroll tax documentation.
