Shift Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee daily club operations
- Lead, motivate, and support staff and entertainers to deliver outstanding guest service
- Recruit, train and retrain team members
- Monitor bar performance and showroom activity
- Resolve guest concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory, cash controls, and operational costs
- Help achieve revenue and profitability goals
- Maintain a professional, safe, and welcoming environment
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with inventory management and staff scheduling
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations is a plus
